If, after review of our Web Site, you are interested in becoming a distributor of Matfer Bourgeat products, please download and print our multi-part credit application. Many companies have their own credit sheet. In which case, please complete only the information on our Credit Application Form not contained on your Company Credit Sheet.

With the exception of Oregon, Montana and New Jersey, reputable dealers are required to have a Distributors License. Please include a copy of your up-to-date license with the completed application.

We are generally able to process credit applications and get back to potential customers within two days. Applications that are submitted with orders are given priority.  Please note:  a US$250.00 minimum order is required for first time initial order.

Please complete and fax the form to 818-782-0702. We are generally able to process the information and get back to customers within two days.
