What if I'm looking for something that's not in the U.S. catalog?
Our U.S. catalog represents approximately 10% of the full line of products available. If we don't have what you're looking for in the United States, we can order it from one of several Matfer Bourgeat Group Europeon/Asian catalogs.

Does Matfer Bourgeat have a showroom or retail store?
Not at this time. Our warehouse is in Van Nuys, California. We are happy to meet and show our customers our products.

There is a $250.00 net minimum on the first purchase made, then none.

What about shipping charges?
Shipping costs are passed on to our customers and we absorb shipping costs on orders over $1,750.00 net.

No, we sell to businesses who resell and charge their customers the appropriate sales taxes.

No, we are not set up for online credit card operations.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship orders received by 2 p.m., PST, the same business day. Orders received after 2 p.m., PST, are shipped the next business day. We ship via UPS or Federal Express ground service. If you need faster delivery, please advise us on your order and we will air ship accordingly.
