Matfer Bourgeat’s Blue Steel Baking Sheet with Straight Edges retains and evenly bakes a variety of products, from sponge cakes and focaccia to cookies, pastries, roasted vegetables, and more. Manufactured in France, this sheet is made of 1/16″ thick carbon steel designed to evenly distribute heat for consistent results. A “bluing” heat treatment protects steel construction from corrosion. Naturally nonstick once seasoned. NB: For best performance, blue steel baking sheets must be cleaned and seasoned according to factory instructions before first use.
